Meet Traviata, a Jakarta-based 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) with over 500 hours of teaching experience, specializing in Vinyasa Yoga.
Certified through the rigorous 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Learn Yoga @ GudangGudang in 2023, Traviata developed strong foundational skills rooted in the B.K.S. Iyengar approach, emphasizing alignment, precision, and mindful practice. This training laid a solid groundwork for her evolving teaching journey.
For Traviata, yoga extends far beyond the physical practice—it is a sacred space for self-inquiry, inner connection, and conscious movement. Through her classes, she invites students to explore both strength and stillness, cultivating awareness on and off the mat.

Traviata, beginning her yoga journey in 2017, embraced it as a sanctuary for introspection and whole-body transformation, with a deeper dive into Ashtanga and Vinyasa during the pandemic.Yoga continually challenges her to push her limits, fostering a profound sense of self-awareness and providing endless opportunities for growth.

Embracing the philosophy of 'creating good habits' within her yoga practice, she prioritizes proper alignment in every asana to maximize the intended benefits for body, mind, and soul, ensuring a safe and fulfilling experience. As an extrovert, she thrives on the energy of connecting with fellow practitioners during offline classes, and witnessing the transformative power of pose variations fills her with awe at the capabilities of the human body.

After 5 years of practice, she decided to join teacher training to deepen her knowledge about yoga and to be able to share her practice with the others. With the help from credible mentors, she learned about wisdom of yoga, inner yoga, asanas, and about teaching.
